8 people ordered dishes here and we are all pretty happy with our dishes. I ate the chickpea curry, falafel and ratatouille quesadillas. Love how many vegan and vegetarian options are there. Some guest likes the pasta bolognese and lasagna. I don’t like the quinoa so much but perhaps it is personal taste.

O restaurante é muito bonito, tem um potencial incrível mas falha no essencial.
Fui em casal, pedimos 2 pratos foi-me servido um e só passado 15 minutos veio o outro.
Não me deram talheres para comer quando chegou o 1.º prato.
O meu prato estava lascado.
A Lasanha era boa mas a massa bolonhesea era insonsa.

Truly a great vibe in this French inspired restaurant, the booth is extremely comfortable and would recommend for larger parties, very cozy. The ratatouille was flavorful but the presentation was lacking. We ordered steak frites as well and the entree did not disappoint, it was perfectly charred. Dessert was yummy and light, a berry crumble with vanilla ice cream. The service could have been more attentive on a slow night but I will say they are extremely kind. Would recommend overall for a nice dining experience.

Hostess was amazing. Sever left us half way through ordering and never checked back up on us. After taking a picture of my salad… I didn’t realize until later that the chicken was RAW

It was our first time at the restaurant and Malibu itself. The hostess made us seat at the smallest table while there were booths open and every couple that came after us was sat at bigger tables leaving me and my husband feel the racist vibe from the hostess, (mind you guys we are brown skined) the histess herself looked like Hispanic.
To top that up my husband's food was served in a chipped, slightly cracked bowl and when I showed the lady who got the food, she acted like it was not a great deal and didn't want to change it. My husband didn't want to make a fuss about it and ate in the same bowl.
We have no complaints about the food. It was really good. It's just the vibe and the not so good experience we had.

Visited twice for happy hour and lunch. The French leaning Mediterranean menu is fantastic. I literally want to try everything. The flatbread are like foccacia mini-pizzas, the lamb meatballs have a Spanish/Moroccan flavor, and the smoked salmon tartine was fresh and bright. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was our fave! I usually like a full service lunch, but they offer a lot of bar seating if you'd prefer to order from the bartender instead of the counter.. Looking forward to brunch and dinner.
