My family stayed here and dined in every morning for breakfast. Our server was excellent, keeping our coffee topped off and warm. Water arrived right away and the food service was fast. It was a lovely relaxing start to each day. I wish they offered real maple syrup as an option but that’s my only suggestion.
The food is fresh and we have no complaints about the portions. One morning, the chef kindly prepared a parfait that wasn’t even on the menu. Love the decor and ambiance that brings you back to the 50s with a mix of Palm Springs and LA. We didn’t bring our pup down but appreciated the option to dine outside with her if we wanted to.

This was our 4th year dining at their Thanksgiving day brunch. We have always made a point to get our reservations in as soon as possible so that we can ensure our spot and the staff never disappoints. The service is outstanding, the dishes are outstanding with a similar but varied menu each year.
We particularly like the buffet/salad bar they offer before serving you your entree.
There are many choices in Phoenix for Thanksgiving brunch/dinner but ZuZu is a must for us. Cru was our waiter this year and he did a great job making sure we had a pleasant experience.

I have been going here for a few years now for brunch and absolutely loved it.
So much so I decided to try out dinner for my birthday. It was a great experience as well.
Unfortunately a year later my boyfriend and I went for dinner and did not receive the same amazing service I was used to. After the dinner we spoke to Jarrett (the GM) and he apologized telling us he would appreciate if we could give them a second chance and would be sure to take care of us.

A few months later and not too much has changed.
Needless to say, save your money and go a few minutes down the road to Fat Ox, Mission, Maple and Ash, honestly anywhere else works.

While the chef has amazing food the staff treats you like another hotel guest they will probably never see again. Sharing photos because they do have amazing food, I just don’t have time for subpar service

We went to ZuZu for a late lunch. The food itself was really tasty and I enjoyed sharing plates so that we all had a little of everything. The staff were very friendly and we had an enjoyable afternoon overall. It was a little chilly to sit outside so we landed up inside, but it was rather dark in there.

Docked one star for speed of service. The staff were all incredibly friendly, but drinks took a very long time to arrive and we had to ask a couple of times for a kids menu.

Atmosphere: cute and clean dining area, not too loud, could easily hold a full group conversation at our table of 12, clean bathrooms

Food/menu: there is a happy hour menu, we tried the wings and the empanadas and both were phenomenal (probably better than our actual meals)

The kids menu is very basic: chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, etc. based on the regular menu, some additional kids options would have been nice. We ended up ordering off the regular menu for our child who wanted a seafood option.

The dinner menu has a nice variety, allergy options are listed. All of the food is plated beautifully. All of the dishes we tried were very good, but the main courses were lacking flavor, especially the scallops.

The desserts are very fun, and very large. Definitely meant for sharing!

I visited Scottsdale for a couple of days and a friend and I had dinner here at ZuZu. It was a bit hard to find actually, but once I figured out the location it was nice to have the valet option free of charge. The food was decent, but the drinks were definitely alot better. It was nice to have a waitress who checked on us regularly as we ordered alot of drinks. ? all in all I would definitely recommend this place and would return upon another visit to Scottsdale.

Dined here on a Saturday night celebrating my divorce. There was live music with an incredibly talented artist, the cocktails were expertly crafted and the food was incredible. Each dish was perfectly composed and beautifully plated (see video). The Brussels sprouts were the best I have ever had!!! And the salmon over forbidden rice was an adventure for our taste buds. My friends and I ordered everything tapas style and raved about EVERY. SINGLE. DISH. Chef LaCasce is simply a genius and we had the pleasure of meeting him after our meal. He is in good company with their pastry chef Maria Arenas, whose desserts had us seeing glimpses of heaven. If you are a foodie, ZuZu is a must.

Retro spot. The place is large with views looking toward the pool. The decor is different and the space is welcoming and spacious. The food was okay. The menu was substantially limited at lunch despite being in a hotel. They would not add bacon to a hamburger because bacon was not on the lunch menu. That is just laziness and a lack of caring about customers. That came from the kitchen, not from the waiter who was polite, professional, and very attentive. The burger was okay, but nothing special. It was a tad overcooked and lacked any pizazz. The garlic fries were darn good. They were crispy on the outside and mash potato like on the inside. The fries were cooked perfectly and matched well with the generous portion of chopped garlic. I would give this place another try because I liked the atmosphere and service other than the genius in the kitchen who was too lazy to go into the walk-in and grab some bacon.
