After going through a rough couple of years, my son and I found some peace and a sense of home finally at this complex. While our time was short staying here only 2 years, I am grateful for the staff who was a huge help in finding me a suitable home for my kiddo and I to grow a new life. Highly recommend!

Loved living here for 2 years.

The best part was the community I found, mostly from the central little dog park. Most everyone I met was full of personality and put meaning to the word community.

The apartments themselves wern't too cookie cutter like many are in the Denver Metro.

At the time, prices were fair for the proximity to Boulder, and the maintenance crew always were attentive and quick to my requests.

Only drawbacks for me were the increases in price, and the lack amenities like a Pool for that price point. My rent increased by roughly $400 over the 2 years, or roughly by 22%, which seems crazy to me. But perhaps not unique to this complex, and a wider issue facing the Front Range.

Overall my favorite apartments I've lived in!

Let’s just say you’re going to have a very hard time finding a better apartment complex in this area. I just moved into an apartment here less than a week ago. I’ve had 3 apartments and the move in process with Gunbarrel was by far the easiest. I was in shock when I saw the apartment in person. The pictures and virtual tours truly do not do this place justice. The kitchen is beautiful, the gym is nice(free pelatons!!!!) and the people have been very friendly so far. I could go on and on but this will quickly turn into a book. Overall, can’t compare any apartment I’ve been in to this one.

Positioned between Boulder and Longmont, with lots to do nearby. Lived here a year and loved it. Great staff, great amenities , great community. The parking garage is very nice. Never had any maintenance problems. Energy efficient, electric bill was always very low. Lost 50lbs using the fitness center.

I moved out in April this year, and ever since I felt like I should have written a ‘thank you’ review but never got to it. We moved out because we moved to Florida, otherwise I’m sure my husband and I would have extended our lease.

When we got the keys to our apartment, it was super clean and the appliances were top notch! We also never had any problems with neighbors, everyone was very friendly and respectful. We also loved the community amenities, it was such a luxury knowing we could get fresh coffee or any drink downstairs. The gym had great equipment and was always sparkling clean.

What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding customer service. If we had any issue at all, staff would immediately take care of it (I especially remember Michelle to be a rockstar). Any maintenance request was resolved within a day - a service I truly miss from our current apartment community.

I can highly recommend anyone to rent from Gunbarrel Center!

These apartments are amazing! They're huge and spacious, with lots of light. They're also brand new, and built to really high standards, so there aren't any worries about the previous tenants or about build quality, like we saw in a lot of other complexes we looked at. The sound-dampening is phenomenal, there's in-unit washers and dryers, the appliances are top notch, the closets are huge, and the balconies are wonderful. There's also tons of stores and places within walking distance, including a massage school, acupuncture school, 24-hour grocery store, chiropractors, dentists, doctors offices, and more than I can really list here.

But the best part about it is the owners and staff. The owners are committed to having happy residents and retaining them, so they invest in the complex and like to do everything they can to create the best environment for the people who live there. The management company is literally the best. They'll handle just about everything for you, AND insist you take snacks whenever you stop by. We know everyone in the office by name, and they know us. The maintenance staff normally has everything fixed by the end of the day, and is always courteous.

In short, you should live here, I do, and I'm never leaving.

We have loved living here! The apartments are open with great living spaces and I can not say enough about the office staff. From the beginning of our Gunbarrel experience the staff has been nothing but respectful, caring, friendly, and always accommodating. They know us by name each time we see them and are so great with showing attention to my kids too! If we have ever needed a maintenance request they have come quickly and resolved any small issue we may have. I wish we could stay here longer, only moving due to out of state relocation. This has by far been our most pleasant apartment living experience and I could not recommend them more!
