Venue on the rocks is and will be the biggest upcoming venue for elopements/weddings. My husband and I toured many venues looking for the perfect place to have our reception, we were on our last ditch effort when we stumbled upon Venue on the rocks and FELL IN LOVE with the venue. Us and our guests had such a positive experience with Rachel, Lydia, Kinsey and the whole staff. Planning was fairly easy AND affordable for our budget, and everyone was so so kind.

It was everything we could have imagined and more. We had an absolute blast and our guests have never seen anything like it before.

Like all new wedding venues, there is always room to improve when starting out. Rachel was very understanding when small details of our day were discussed and helped us come up with solutions to better fit the venue as a business, while keeping our wants in mind.

We appreciate the lengths you all go to keep your bride and grooms happy and all of the extra effort that goes into a wedding business.

We would 110% recommended Venue on the Rocks for your wedding or stopping into the coffee shop for the best cup of coffee in Estes!

Venue on the Rocks was the perfect location for the Welcome Party for my son's destination wedding. Rachel and her staff were so professional and accommodating. We are from Georgia and had never been to this area before. Rachel made us feel so comfortable and confident that the night would go off without a hitch. And it did!! I would highly recommend Venue on the Rocks for any type of celebration.

I was one of the first bride to get married at this venue. We feel like we struck gold. The venue just announced themselves as a venue when we were looking.

As any new event space there are going to be lessons learned. But the venue on the rocks team handled everything like they were pros. From the one lower review it sounds like they did their best to accommodate.

For our wedding and my personal experience, they went above and beyond expectations. Because of the late snow year, they didnt have a lot of time before my spring 2023 wedding to finish building the outdoor structure. Their crew worked overtime to finish the outdoor structure before our wedding.

That alone tells me that their team is capable of going above and beyond as well as helping and adapting to the unexpected.

I had a great experience with communication, prices, everything set up as I was told, and of course the
Venue itself made our day PERFECT.

If you've made it this far, I would highly recommend venue on the rocks to you.

Beautiful space - okay service.

Got married here 9/30/23. During the entire planning process Rachel and Lydia assured me they’d have everything we wanted covered; the specific beer and wine we asked for, heaters in case of inclement weather, the dying flower baskets taken down and replaced, their arch put away in the shed and our arch in it’s place. They did not follow through with this things.

We didn’t have any of the beer we asked for multiple times, and the one cocktail they batch made for us was extremely weak and flat and not worth the 7$ each. When guests were cold during the reception I asked them to turn the heaters and that’s when they informed me they didn’t have propane. Instead of putting their arch in storage like promised, they moved it to stand 30 feet in front of our ceremony space. Not hidden at all. During the reception the bathrooms ran out of soap and instead of replacing the inserts of the dispensers, a gallon jug was placed on the counter. Not the vibe we were wanting for our wedding that cost us thousands.

During the entire planning process we felt they were exaggerating their promises and they didn’t deliver day of.

What an absolutely gorgeous setting for a wedding - right on the river and surrounded by trees, this location is stunning! Rachel and her staff are wonderful to work with! I highly recommend you look at this venue as an option for your wedding venue!
